This page sets out the legally binding Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for Area App. By accessing or using Area App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use Area App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Area App, you agree to these Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the app immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Area App. By using Area App, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older and legally capable of accepting these terms.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, upload, share, or engage in content or behavior including, but not limited to:

Pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or obscene content.
Illegal activity, including solicitation, facilitation, or promotion of unlawful acts.
Abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or violent behavior.
Impersonation, fraud, deception, or unauthorized access attempts.

Area App may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for actual or suspected violations.

4. No Liability and Disclaimer

Area App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, reliability, availability, or security.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Area App and its developers, including Roq Networks Pvt Ltd, expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, losses, claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, disputes, or injuries of any kind arising out of or related to:

Your use of or inability to use Area App.
User-generated content, third-party content, or third-party services.
Service interruptions, errors, bugs, delays, or data loss.
Account actions, moderation actions, or enforcement actions.
Your reliance on any content, profiles, messages, or information in the app.

You use Area App entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your conduct, interactions, decisions, and content.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect and process information required to operate and improve Area App, including, where applicable:

Account and profile data (for example username, display profile details, and optional profile image).
Content and activity data (for example posts, comments/messages, interactions, and moderation signals).
Device, authentication, and technical metadata needed for reliability and account security.

We use data to provide app functionality, personalize and improve service quality, detect abuse, enforce platform rules, and support account and community safety.

Content you post in public areas of Area App may be visible to other users. You are responsible for the information you choose to share.

We may modify or update these terms at any time by posting the revised version in the app and/or on this site. Continued use of Area App after updates means you accept the revised terms.

If you do not agree to updated terms, you must discontinue use of Area App.

8. Governing Principles

These terms are intended to be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
